The blessings of science

Ran across a link to this TED Tokyo talk on Garr Reynold’s presentation site and really Kenichiro Mogi presenting at Tokyo TEDfound it interesting both for content and as a good presentation.

The talk is by Kenichiro Mogi a Japanese scientist. His visuals are good and his enthusiasm real and wonderful. His talk touches a number of topics I’m interested in including curiosity and creativity in science and the mystery of emergence of consciousness in the brain.

Highly recommend both this talk and you might want to check out his blog, the qualia journal as well.
